Gibson County offers some of the best healthcare in the region, with three medical centers in the county and close proximity to major trauma centers in Jackson, Memphis, and Nashville.

Our Healthcare Facilities also provide a range of services to meet the needs of our diverse community. Our comprehensive offerings include on-site testing, prevention services, and care and treatment options. We're here to support adolescents, adults, at-risk individuals, and more, with services available in English and Spanish. Additionally, we offer various healthcare services, including WIC, immunizations, family planning, and much more. Your health is our priority.

Trenton Medical Center

The Trenton Medical Center opened its doors in January 2016. The nearly 13,000-square-foot facility includes occupational and physical therapy services provided by Sports Plus Rehab Centers, lab and x-ray services, primary care provided by Christian Family Medicine, a walk-in drive-thru pharmacy provided by Duncan's Express Pharmacy, and rotating specialty clinics.

Milan General Hospital

Milan General Hospital

Milan General Hospital, an affiliate of West Tennessee Healthcare, opened its doors to the community in 1941. Milan General Hospital provides a wide range of comprehensive services, all with the convenience of being close to home. The hospital includes an Emergency Department, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery Services, and a short-stay rehabilitation program called Swing Beds, which offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the State of Tennessee. Milan General Hospital has its advisory board that is comprised of City of Milan citizens.
