Gibson County Lake

One of Gibson County’s greatest recreational assets is Gibson County Lake. This 560-acre lake is known for its great bass fishing. Pontoon boats are welcome, and a TWRA-owned Bait house facility is on site. Picnic areas are available. There are 3 RV camping sites with water and electric hook-ups for $20 per night (Dumping station available off-site). Primitive camping is also available for no charge.

West Tennessee Agricultural Museum

Steeped in the rich history of its region, the West Tennessee Agricultural Museum presents life-size displays that depict the everyday challenges settlers faced opening a new territory. Throughout the museum displays, familiarize visitors with the different aspects of daily life for the settler. From children attending a one-room schoolhouse to the Sunday social at the old country church to the heat of the blacksmith's shop, there is something for everyone to learn and enjoy at the Museum.

West Tennessee Regional Art Center

The West Tennessee Regional Art Center takes pride in being Tennessee’s only permanent fine arts museum between Nashville and Memphis. Our goal is to make our gallery, with its cultural and educational significance, easily accessible for teachers and students.

Teapot Museum

The permanent exhibition on display in Trenton is recognized as the World's Largest Collection of Porcelain Veilleuses-Theieres. The teapots on display are dated from 1750 to 1860 and were purchased by Dr. Frederick Freed worldwide. Visit the website for more information.

Davy Crockett Cabin

Replica of David Crockett's last home. Contains furniture, tools, original logs, and more from the early 1800s, along with his mother's grave. Books on the Crockett family, local history, pictures, and copies of letters. Visit the website for more information.
